I was attracted to the Aqua Park because it is a unique environment that was completely new to me and it offered me different experiences.
I worked on reception, checking customers in for their session and handling enquiries in person and online. I also helped ensure that we were COVID secure, keeping our team and customers safe.
I received ongoing and thorough training, learning something new every day. While my initial training was detailed and specific, it was easy to grasp and get the hang of.
This role has helped me so much in terms of advancing my not only interpersonal skills and communication, but also my telecommunication skills and has boosted my confidence. Working with such a joyful and energetic team has been one of the best parts of working at the Aqua Park, every day is different and exciting.
Next up for me is University, I am very excited to take everything I’ve learnt and the positive infectious Aqua Park energy and apply it to everything I do. I enjoy working at the Aqua Park very much and will definitely be returning again next summer.
