I had lined up a trip to South Africa working in an orphanage, which I was really excited about. On my return to England I wanted something fun and different to do for the summer, with the opportunity to earn some money. The Aqua Park were recruiting for Customer Service roles and it fitted well with my skills and my return date to the UK.

I joined in May, helping get the site ready before we opened. It has been great to be there from the beginning and see the park really come alive. I started work on the wetsuit station but I was soon cross trained in reception, so my days have been spent both inside and outside. I have used the retail skills that I had and I’ve learnt new things too. It has been a really fun team to work with for the summer.

Our friendly and knowledgeable customer service team are responsible for assisting every Aqua Park customer from the moment they arrive on site.

For the summer 2019 season we will operate a 7 day a week shift system to ensure the smooth running of the Aqua Park. We have full time and part time hours available.

If you have previous customer service experience, reception experience, or any experience of computer bookings systems we would love to hear from you. You will receive full onsite training.
