WELCOME TO AQUA PARK RUTLAND
It is with great disappointment and sadness that we are announcing that the Aqua Park will remain closed for the foreseeable future. The health and wellbeing of our visitors and employees has been at the heart of our decision as we are constantly monitoring the situation regarding the Coronavirus outbreak.
We have come a long way since opening the park 2016 and have loved providing an experience that is enjoyed by the many families, friends and teams that have attended since then and been part of our journey. We are now focusing our efforts on planning the re-opening of the park, which will be better than before. We greatly appreciative the support that we have received at this difficult time and look forward to welcoming you back onto the water soon and until then, we send our love and support to all of you.
Advance Ticket Purchases
If we are unable to fulfil your booking for 2020, you will automatically have an equal value credit applied to your Aqua Park account that will be valid for all of the 2021 season. You will also be issued a 25% off voucher to redeem on your first order for any additional 2021 tickets.
Season Pass Holders
Season pass holders will automatically have their passes extended to the end of the 2021 season. Season pass holders will also be issued a 25% off voucher to redeem on their first order for extra 2021 tickets for family and friends as a thank you for your loyalty.
From 1st October 2021, customers who have been unable to use the postponed tickets or season passes will be entitled to a full refund instead of the Aqua Park credit.
We appreciate it would be desirable to refund this season. However, the financial effects of Covid-19 has meant that we may not receive any income at all this year. We are therefore unable to refund the bookings until we trade again.

WHO ARE WE
Started by watersports enthusiasts in 2016, the company has grown to x2 UK Locations with over 120 employees. We train and develop our people season on season, becoming the first UK Aqua Park operator to be recognised as an Approved Training Centre by the Royal Life Saving Society.
To provide a 5 star experience that is fun and challenging for all our customers in an environment in which they feel safe and respected.
Safety | Adventure | Respect | Inclusivity | Enjoyment | Camaraderie
Groups, families, adults, children and adrenaline junkies alike have been drawn to watersports for generations. What we do out on the water has changed over the years, but the core values of enjoying time spent on the water, sharing laughs, making memories and forging bonds between them hasn’t.
We are always looking for ways to lead the industry by improving safety standards, investing in our people, improving the customer experience and designing bespoke equipment.
