WHO ARE WE?
Started by watersports enthusiasts in 2016, the aim of the company is to provide a 5 star experience that is fun and challenging for all our customers in an environment in which they feel safe and respected. We train and develop our people season on season, becoming the first UK Aqua Park operator to be recognised as an Approved Training Centre by the Royal Life Saving Society in 2018.
Following this, we, along with a small group of experienced Aqua Park Operators, got together with RLSS UK to discuss water safety at Aqua Parks. We agreed a voluntary code of standards on which we would be audited/accredited by RLSS UK, as an independent body. If an Aqua Park meets all the relevant criteria then they will be awarded RLSS UK Approved status. Here at the Aqua Park Rutland, we have been instrumental in the both the design of the framework and in piloting the programme becoming one of the first UK operators to receive Operational Approved Status in 2019. This gives you, the customer, confidence that when you attend one of our parks that you will be in safe hands!
